    Renewal:
    Licenses and subscriptions are blocked at expiration, stopping the service. They can still be renewed within 60 days of the expiration date; beyond this limit, renewal orders will not be processed.
    Upgrade:
    It is possible to upgrade your number of mailboxes at any time, from a minimum of 10 up to 2999. The upgrade is always aligned with the expiration date of the license in-use and, in the case of a multi-year Subscription, the additional mailboxes will also need to be adapted to it.

    Standard:
    For private businesses.
    GOV:
    For government bodies such as Municipalities, Provinces, Regions, research institutes, Police Forces, Carabinieri, ASL, Hospitals, ASL, social security institutions ...
    EDU:

    users can be purchased in multiples of 5.
    A different number of users will be approximated upwards.
    Software Maintenance
    Software Maintenance (SWM) is the renewal of the license automatically included for 1 year with the new purchase; optionally, its validity can be extended up to 3 years.
    Software Maintenance allows you to download any software upgrade, take advantage of any purchased extension, and enjoy the technical support set by Kerio policies.

    EXTENSIONS

    Integration with extensions is subscribed for all users who make up the Kerio Connect license; it is not possible to purchase for a smaller number of users.

    These modules are active for the entire duration of the Software Maintenance after which it will continue to function exclusively by renewing the Kerio license.
