The minimum license that can be purchased is for 5 users and can be subscribed to with 1, 2 or 3 years of updates included.
The number of users does not necessarily have to coincide with the number of mailboxes existing on the mail server as the mailboxes for which to manage email archiving can be selected specifically according to your needs.
The number of users of a MailStore license can be increased at any time exclusively for licenses with active maintenance and for a minimum number of additional users equal to 5.
With the user upgrade operation, the expiration date remains unchanged.
When MailStore maintenance expires, the product continues to function regularly but it will no longer be possible to:
To become operational again, simply purchase a license renewal if the product has not expired for more than a month, or reactivation if it has expired longer than that.
In case of renewal the new expiry date will be the previous one but brought forward by 1, 2 or 3 years depending on the renewal purchased, in case of reactivation it will be set to 1 year from purchase (the only possible option).
