MailStore SPE is White Label. All MSPs can therefore offer a personalized service and market it under their own brand.
Users can still access their emails and browse them quickly, for example with the help of seamless integration with Microsoft Outlook.
MailStore SPE is the ideal solution for MSPs who want to provide their customers with the email archiving service from their own infrastructure as a managed service. The minimum number of licenses is 50 which can be allocated by the MSP across multiple customers.

With MailStore SPE, MSPs offer their customers a full MailStore instance as a managed service, running on their own infrastructure and retaining control over the solution, pricing, and customers.
MailStore SPE is white-label: the MSP can customize the Client, Web Access, and Outlook add-in with its own brand and market the service under its own name.
Each end customer has a standalone MailStore instance isolated from the others. Only the archive administrator can access emails archived in the instance, with operating models in which the MSP has no direct access to customer data.
In Single Server, all components are installed on one server, ideal for a limited number of customers. In Multiserver, components run on different servers and are monitored centrally, to scale to a large number of customers.
MSPs manage instances centrally via web console or API: creating new instances, archive storage, compliance, and permissions, with scripting support for integration into their own infrastructure.
With MailStore SPE, customer PST files can be archived and protected centrally, reducing risks and complexity linked to fragmented local archives.
The end customer receives a full MailStore instance, with the same comfort and flexibility as MailStore Server: journaling, full-text search, Outlook, Web Access, retention policies, and compliance.
Usage-based licensing, with a minimum of 50 licenses the MSP can allocate across multiple customers. The MSP is free to set pricing for end customers.
MailStore SPE is also regularly certified by independent experts under EU GDPR and supports sophisticated retention policies to help MSPs and end customers meet their privacy obligations.
