Attention: licenses and subscriptions can be renewed not later than 60 days from the expiration date; we will not be able to process any order after said period of time.

You can choose between three different license types:
New:
To purchase a new GFI MailEssentials license.
Renewal:
When Software Maintenance expires, after a 40-day grace period the product ceases to function.
If GFI MailEssentials has expired for less than 40 days, simply buy the license renewal to be back in the operation.
The new expiration day/month won't differ from the previous one, but it will be postponed for 1,2, or 3 years, depending on the selected Software Maintenance.
Reactivation:
When Software Maintenance expires, after a 40-day grace period, the product stops working.
If GFI MailEssentials has expired for 40 days or more, to be back in operation it is mandatory to buy the license reactivation, otherwise called Version Upgrade.
The new expiration day/month won't differ from the previous one, but it will be postponed for 1,2, or 3 years, depending on the selected Software Maintenance.
Upgrade:
For mailbox upgrades, the minimum amount of users requested is 10. Upgrades can be requested at any moment. Moreover, for the EmailSecurity and UnifiedProtection versions, antiviruses such as Kaspersky, Cyren, and Sophos can be added. The upgrade is always aligned with the expiration date of the license already in use and in the case of a multi-year subscription, it will also be necessary to adapt the additional users or antivirus software.

Each node can manage up to three devices. If there is a need to manage 4, it is necessary to buy an extra node.
New licenses start from a minimum amount of 25 mailboxes to a maximum of 2999. For renewals, reactivations, and upgrades the minimum number of purchasable mailboxes is 10.
If necessary, it is possible to request an ad-hoc quotation.

Once Software Maintenance expires, after 40 days the product stops working and you lose the right to receive support, and you can no longer download updates. In the occurrence of new licenses and reactivations, the Software Maintenance is valid from the order management date. For renewals, the new expiration day/month won't differ from the previous one, but it will be postponed for 1,2, or 3 years, depending on the selected Software Maintenance.
