Attention: licenses and subscriptions can be renewed not later than 60 days from the expiration date; we will not be able to process any order after said period of time.

You can choose between three different license types:
New:
To purchase a new GFI MailEssentials license.
Renewal:
When Software Maintenance expires, after a 40-day grace period the product ceases to function.
If GFI MailEssentials has expired for less than 40 days, simply buy the license renewal to be back in the operation.
The new expiration day/month won't differ from the previous one, but it will be postponed for 1,2, or 3 years, depending on the selected Software Maintenance.
Reactivation:
When Software Maintenance expires, after a 40-day grace period the product ceases to function.
If GFI MailEssentials has expired for 40 days or more, to be back in operation it is mandatory to buy the license reactivation, otherwise called Version Upgrade.
The new expiration day/month won't differ from the previous one, but it will be postponed for 1,2, or 3 years, depending on the selected Software Maintenance.
Upgrade:
It is possible to upgrade the number of mailboxes at any time. The minimum number of users required is 10. It is also possible to add the AntiVirus engines produced by Sophos to the EmailSecurity and UnifiedProtection versions. The upgrade is always aligned with the license expiration date and, in case of annual Subscription, you can simply add in all new users and/or antivirus engines.

The new licenses start from a minimum of 25 In Use mailboxes to a maximum of 2999 In Use mailboxes. For renewals, reactivations and upgrades, the minimum number of mailboxes that can be purchased is 10.
If necessary, it is possible to request an ad-hoc quotation.

It is necessary to subscribe for at least 1 year but it is also possible to choose 2 or 3 years. When Software Maintenance expires, after a 40-day grace period, the product will stop working.
In the case of new licenses and reactivations, the Software Maintenance is valid from the order management date. For renewals, the expiration date does not change and will be extended by 1, 2 or 3 years depending on the Software Maintenance selected.
