Renewal:
40 days after the Software Maintenance expiration date, the product will no longer be active. Within the 40 days to be back on the operation it will be sufficient to purchase the license again. The new expiration day/month won't differ from the previous one, but it will be postponed for 1,2, or 3 years, depending on the selected Software Maintenance.
Upgrade:
It is possible to upgrade your mailbox amount at any moment, from a minimum of 10 up to 2999. The upgrade is Always aligned with the expiration date of the in-use license and, in the case of a multi-year Subscription, the additional mailboxes will also need to be adapted to it.

Attention: licenses and subscriptions can be renovated not later than 60GG from the expiration date; we will not be able to process any order after said period of time.

When Software Maintenance expires, after a 40-day grace period, the product ceases to function.
If GFI MailEssentials has expired for 40 days or more, to be back operative it is mandatory to buy the license reactivation, otherwise called Version Upgrade.
The new expiration day/month won't differ from the previous one, but it will be postponed for 1,2, or 3 years, depending on the selected Software Maintenance.
Upgrade:

È inoltre possibile aggiungere alla versione UnifiedProtection i motori AntiVirus prodotti da Sophos. The new licenses start from a minimum of 25 InUse mailboxes to a maximum of 2999 In Use mailboxes. For renewals, reactivations and upgrades, the minimum number of mailboxes that can be purchased is 10.
It is possible to request an ad-hoc quotation in case of necessity.

In the case of new licenses and reactivations, the Software Maintenance is valid from the order management date. For renewals, the expiration date does not change and will be extended by 1, 2 or 3 years depending on the Software Maintenance selected.
