* AdminTool: fixed AdminTool /update /addons not silently updating
* HTML5: fixed issue with detection of right proxy path with third part filter proxy accessed by subfolder
* HTML5: fixed issue with storing cookies on paths containing "+" char
* HTML5: fixed file uploading containing chars # , % and fixed folder containing same chars, and fixed auto file download containing these chars
* HTML5: fixed file listing with web-file-manager in folders containing these chars # ; %
* HTML5: fixed deleting files containing those specific chars # ; % by web-file-manager
