Register a Domain

Registering a domain is fundamental for your company image since it allows you to uniquely identify it in the Internet world. Trust CoreTech's service to register your domain easily.
You can choose the most suitable domain extension for your business from among the many available on the market, CoreTech will verify the domain availability and will carry out the whole registration process for you.
Alternatively, you will be able to independently manage the Domain registration via DNS by using the "White Label" platform made available by CoreTech, so you can have every domain you want by making them point to your site or servers. The domain registration service includes maintenance of the domain name at the Registry. DNS management service is accessible and editable in real-time through a control panel from which you can edit zone records or replace nameservers with third party DNS Servers. The domain must be renewed year after year and the request for renewal must be carried out within a month before the expiry date.

Necessary data for domain registration

The data required to proceed with the domain registration is:

• Company name (Companies, Non-profits, Freelancers)
• Name and Last Name (Freelancers)
• Indication of the type of contact: (Companies, Non-profits, Freelancers)
• Address
• City/Municipality
• Post Code
• Country
• Nationality
• Phone
• Email
• Vat number and/or Tax Identification Number (Companies/Sole Proprietorships, Non-profits, Freelancers)
• Tax Identification Number (Freelancers)

The purchase of a domain does include Hosting space or Mailboxes. You can integrate these later, by choosing our Hosting service (Linux or Windows) and/or purchasing Mailboxes (Kerio® Connect or Smartermail). Any domain registered, transferred, or renewed includes:

• 1 year’s maintenance starting from the time of registration
• domain's Authoritative DNS edit
• activation within 24h
• assistance

Transfer a Domain

Domain transfer is a service that is not managed automatically once the Hosting space has been purchased, but must be specifically requested after the purchase and activation of the same.

Transfer time

Since domain transfer is not an automated procedure, please note that you will need to allow time for us to carry out this request.

• For .it domains, 7 days from the beginning of the procedure
• For .com, net, eu, org, info, biz, tv, or co.uk from 48 hours to 10 days from the beginning of the procedure

The data required to proceed with the domain registration is:

• Authorization code that shall be provided by the current provider (auth-code / authinfo)
• Company name (Companies, Non-profits, Freelancers)
• Name and Last Name (Freelancers))
• Indication of the type of contact: (Companies, Non-profits, Freelancers)
• Address
• City/Municipality
• Post Code
• Country
• Nationality
• Phone
• Email
• Vat number and/or Tax Identification Number (Companies/Sole Proprietorships, Non-profits, Freelancers)
• Tax Identification Number (Freelancers)

Please note that without the Authorization Code it will not be possible to carry out the domain transfer.
